Refrigeration system comparison

A traditional cascade cooling system which requires 2 compressor and 2 cooling cycles ,has been used for ultra-low temperature freezers.nihon freezer ,however ,has succed in deve loping its own cooling system ,which achieves lower temperature than -80℃ only with one compressor and the specially mixed refrigerant .CNL series has adopted this new technology .since compressor cooling system is simple .it is possible to simplify the electric circuit ,which leads to a low trouble rate .it also contributes to conservation of energy ,about 10% lower consumption is accomplished compared with conventional ultra -low temperature freezers.
